Results of Optional Redemption and Conversion

Further to the announcements released on SENS on 7 June 2021 and 8 June 2021 in respect of:

1.    an optional redemption pursuant to condition 10.2.1.1 of the terms and conditions of the
      Issuer's ZAR3,250,000,000 6.375 per cent. Senior Unsecured Convertible Registered Bonds
      due 2022 (the "Bonds") to redeem all of the Bonds then outstanding at their Principal
      Amount, together with accrued interest up to but excluding the Optional Redemption Date
      (the “Optional Redemption”); and

2.    the option for bondholders to convert the Bonds into Implats ordinary shares (the
      “Conversion”);

shareholders are advised of the following results of the Optional Redemption and Conversion:
