ProfileData and P3 announced today the launch of Executive Capital, an online service which provides information required by remuneration committees and HR practitioners.

Using P3's remuneration expertise and ProfileData's research and IT skills, Executive Capital provides continually updated survey data covering both executive and non-executive director remuneration. Data is captured from the annual reports of JSE-listed companies, which are organised into size bands. Subscribers can print a variety of reports and also have access to raw data by company.

Updated immediately as annual reports become available, Executive Capital's surveys are delivered live via the internet. A survey overview is available on the product website, www.executivecapital.co.za.

ProfileData director Ernie Alexander says the new product gives users considerable control over the data. "The Executive Director Survey offers a range of powerful reports," says Alexander. "Data can be viewed by director type, across industry sectors, and by category size. Total remuneration, guaranteed package or short-term incentives can all be isolated for director types and market position."

The new service was enthusiastically received by guests at the first showing of the product at the official launch at the Melrose Arch Hotel.
