Profile Group Board Changes

The Profile Group announced the following changes to the board of directors:

• Nic Oldert has stepped down as Managing Director in order to pursue personal interests. He will remain involved in a part-time capacity working for the group as an independent consultant.
• Ernie Alexander, a founder-member of the Profile team, will take over as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director.

The position of Johann du Preez, Profile's IT director, remains unchanged. The operations and service levels of the Profile Group and its subsidiaries will not be affected by the above changes.

The changes to the board are effective 1 November 2011.
